DESCRIPTIONEarthbound consists of five hay bales stacked to form an architectural structure. Plastered with mud and other earthbound materials, this site-specific work is embedded within the forests of Hooke Park, Dorset. 

Combining hay bales sourced from a nearby farm with natural materials gathered on-site, the work emerged through a collective process involving numerous participants. As the forest, flora, and elements gradually reclaim the sculpture, authorship is dispersed not only amongst the hands that shaped the work, but also with the wider ecology that will continue to transform it through growth, decay, and time.
